Job Purpose:
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will help maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems to ensure safe and uninterrupted plant operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Inspect pumps, compressors, conveyors and other mechanical equipment. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and assist with equipment repairs. Diagnose mechanical faults and recommend corrective actions. Maintain maintenance reports and spare-parts records. Coordinate with production and safety teams during maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of mechanical equipment, maintenance procedures and engineering drawings. Familiarity with industrial tools and safety practices is preferred.
