Job Purpose:
The Production Supervisor will coordinate daily manufacturing activities to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and workplace safety.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor daily production activities and employee assignments. Ensure production schedules and quality requirements are followed. Maintain production and shift records. Coordinate with maintenance teams when equipment issues occur. Monitor workplace safety and report operational problems to management.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. Understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety is preferred. Good team-management and communication skills are required.
