Job Purpose:
The Network & IT Support Technician will provide technical assistance for computers, networks, printers and other IT equipment used by local organizations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Install and configure computers and software. Troubleshoot hardware, network and internet connectivity problems. Configure printers, routers and basic LAN systems. Provide technical support to users. Maintain records of IT equipment, repairs and software installations.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Sc./BCA/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related field. Knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity practices is preferred.
