Odisha Industries Minister and Paradip MLA Sampad Chandra Swain, along with Jagatsinghpur MP Bibhu Prasad Tarai, participated in civic programmes held in Paradip. Their participation brought together elected representatives and local stakeholders to discuss issues connected with the development of the port town.
The two political representatives were felicitated during a programme organised in Paradip. Their presence provided an opportunity for local organisations and residents to interact with representatives involved in development and governance in the Jagatsinghpur-Paradip region.
Swain and Tarai also participated in a Paradip Municipality budget session. Discussions focused on municipal administration and the development of Paradip, an important industrial and port centre within Jagatsinghpur district.
The representatives emphasised cooperation for Paradip’s development irrespective of political differences. Such coordination between elected representatives, municipal authorities and local organisations is particularly important as Paradip continues to expand as an industrial, maritime and urban centre.
